A necessary corollary to the Church’s sacramentality or visibility is the all-important matter of its organizational infrastructure, its administrative operations.  As people are gathered, voices heard, needs raised and promises expressed, the task immediately surfaces of how best to be about the business of being a well-organized corporation within the challenge of being Church.  That task demands that insights into institutional experience and human resources be brought to bear on the gathering of believers that form a faith community.  Business Administration exists to help equip the parish to deal with the many demands of being a well-run organization within the framework of being a faith community.
