Meister Eckhart (c. 1260 – 1327/8) is one of the great Christian mystics. Eckhart expounds the eternal mysteries in a style that is fresh and original in the best sense. Through the vividness of his use of imagery, Eckhart paradoxically directs us to that which lies beyond image. (from eckhartsociety.org)

Come to this exciting lecture on the medieval German mystic Meister Eckhart.  The talk will delve into the mysticism of Meister Eckhart for the transformation of our daily lives.  Themes we will explore include oneness with God, letting go, spiritual awakening, mystical nothingness, the merchant mind, how we transform our suffering, and the practicing an everyday approach to mystical living.

L.J. Milone has been working in pastoral and contemplative ministry through a Catholic parish and the centering prayer movement for over a decade.  He is the author of Nothing but God: The Everyday Mysticism of Meister Eckhart, published by Wipf and Stock.
